A 3D superhero game prototype, built in 96 hours for the Game Maker's Toolkit Game Jam 2024. Built in Unreal Engine 5, the game makes heavy use of physics to allow for destruction of large scale objects.
I led development, taking the Third Person Template and extending it with growing/shrinking abilities, flight, implementing destruction, modelling the main character, and drawing the UI. My other teammates handled level design, the telekinesis ability, and the intro.
With more time, our team would have built a more narrative-driven experience. I had fully implemented a levelling system, which unlocked abilities based on hitting certain XP thresholds, but we weren't able to integrate this into the sandbox due to time constraints.
